Great article! Any recommendations on a book or articles for team building for youth teams? Every summer I work with a group primarily made up of youth to put on a 3 day program for middle schoolers. Every year I wish I had some good team building exercises to do with them during our orientation.

When I do corporate and product positioning work with clients, we make an intentional effort to create conflict ...not falsely, but by asking and pressing into the uncomfortable places. Without that "fighting fair" aspect, in my experience companies never get to the really great ideas and commitments. Incidentally, I remember where I was when the Challenger exploded ... the choir room at Monta Vista High School. I'll never forget that moment.
